DOES ANYONE RECOGNIZE THIS BABY SEEMS WAS THROWN OUT THE CARe lass up on Wednesday half way between Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage.
She is around 2 years old has been sterilised very comfortable on a lead and travelling in the car.

is either lost stolen or dumped.
